Smoking
There seems to be some confusion
as to smoking in driving school cars. It is deemed
illegal if the car belongs to a local or national
school, however if the instructor is working using their
own car, then it is allowed. MATZ Driving School has a
zero tolerance policy on smoking in school cars. You
wouldn’t accept or be allowed as school, work , out
shopping or socialising, so why put up with it in a
confined space such as a car.

Mobile Phones
Although the use of mobile phones is
illegal and penalties for being caught have risen, there are
still a great number of drivers , including driving
instructors, breaking the law. This does nothing but
disrespect the driver training industry. MATZ Driving school
has a zero tolerance policy on the use of mobile phones
while driving or giving tuition.
